Introduction
Bunk Shipments helps Shopify merchants manage shipping. This policy explains what information we process and why. For a broader trust overview, see Security.
Data we process
Depending on how you use the app, we may process shop information, order and shipment details, carrier settings, store pickup settings, and other configuration you create in the app. We only access data available through Shopify permissions you approve and through carriers you connect.

| Shop ID / domain | Keep your settings, sessions, and shipments scoped to your store. |
We do not sell merchant or customer data.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Create and manage carrier shipments
- Show pickup points and lockers when you enable them
- Help with Shopify fulfillments and tracking updates
- Keep your shipping settings available in the app
- Respond to Shopify privacy and uninstall webhooks
Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or process Shopify GDPR requests.
Deletion
After uninstall, Shopify sends mandatory privacy webhooks. We handle:
- Customer data requests
- Customer data redaction for requested orders
- Shop data redaction for your store’s app records
- Removal of Shopify session records on uninstall

Security
Traffic to the app uses HTTPS. Merchants access the app through Shopify. Server secrets stay in environment configuration. See Security for backups, incident response, and what we do not claim.
Third parties
Shipping requires Shopify and the carriers you connect (for example Omniva and DPD). Those services have their own privacy terms.
Your rights
Merchants may ask us to:
- Provide access to information we hold about their shop
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information where applicable
